Return Policy for Internet Sales:

For orders paid via Credit Cards, PayPal or Bank Transfer, you have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Products can be returned in-store or online with receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 14 days of the date of purchase. All sales are final after 14 days. Special orders are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. No returns on custom work.

Instructions for Internet Return:

Please contact us at customerservice@providentjewelry.com to arrange for your return. The shipping fee is not refundable. Return shipping charges will only be covered due to discrepancies and errors of Provident Jewelry.

Once the item is received, we will check the condition and inspect for originality of the item and issue a refund, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery:

When you invest in a piece of jewelry from Provident Jewelry, rest assured that we prioritize its safe and secure delivery. All products are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS), fully insured throughout transit. Additionally, to ensure its safe arrival, we require an adult signature upon delivery.

Where We Ship:

We currently ship throughout the continental U.S. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Timeframes are calculated by business days (Monday to Friday), with Saturday delivery available for an additional fee. Orders placed before 3pm Monday thru Friday that are in stock will ship that day.
