Went to this store after having contact with Jacob, who suggested we meet with Holly at the Clematis store about the possibility of selling some estate pieces. Holly was very professional and easy to work with. She viewed all of the pieces we had and gave us an estimate and some different options. I absolutely ADORE my engagement ring! It is beautiful and even better than what I had in mind! This was the first store that tried on rings at and I found one that I loved. The salesperson said "that's your ring and you'll be back for it." I wanted to shop around before committing to the first ring so I and went to 13 other stores. I interacted with different people on different days and every one of them was super helpful. I knew nothing about rings (clarity, color, etc) and they were willing to help me and educate me while shopping, without making me feel like I was wasting their time. I was able to show photos of what I wanted, they created computer generated renderings to confirm, and created the ring exactly as imagined, all for a great deal/price. The main diamond in my engagement ring came a bit loose and I was in need of a good jeweler to fix it. I was in WPB for work and came across Provident Jeweler on Google. I walked in and Linda Gagnon helped me immediately. She assessed my ring and which prong needed to be fixed and sent it to the back to be worked on. I waited *maybe* 15 minutes before she brought it back out and it was sparkling like new! Not only did they help tighten the prongs, they also cleaned it for me.
